Cary Luskin is a proven visionary, entrepreneur and developer. Cary oversees the overall implementation of 21 CPG's strategy and capitalization. 

After graduating from Emory University in 1978, Cary returned to Baltimore, Maryland to work in his families' consumer appliances and electronics business. Shortly thereafter, at the age of 27, Cary took the company public and grew it from 6 stores in Maryland to 56 stores in 11 states.

Cary has over 40 years of experience in development, asset acquisition, and project finance. At the age of 21, Cary started acquiring and building shopping centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic. To date, Cary has developed more than 4 million sqft of retail property and 15,000 plus beds/rooms. 

As a former board member of the Salvation Army, Cary helped implement and solidify their retail store strategy. When not in the office Cary enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, five kids and seven grandchildren.
