CRAIG DELL,ESQ.
Craig Dell is responsible for overseeing 21 CPG's overall vision, performance and development. Craig's legal background and experience in investment analysis, land acquisition, sales and marketing provides the firm with a strategic advantage in achieving their initiatives.
Craig earned his undergraduate degree from Bentley College in finance and accounting prior to receiving his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from St. Thomas University School of Law, and Masters of Tax Laws from the University of Miami.
Named as a Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, in 2011, 2012 and 2013, Mr. Dell has been recognized by his peers as a proven attorney. Craig has appeared on many news networks as a legal expert, hosted seminars, workshops, talks and panel discussions on a variety of estate planning topics and is a published author.
Craig’s involvement in educational and charitable organizations includes roles on the Board of Directors of Lawyers Project, Best Buddies (business buddies), Margaux’s Miracle Foundation, and Museum of Contemporary Art (moca shakers). Furthermore, he founded Lawyers Project, a philanthropic exchange program that aims to maximize charitable acts through members leading and participating in community service projects, attending networking events, and providing volunteer legal services.
Whether it’s meeting with city officials on the firm’s latest development project or training for a half Iron Man, Craig finds pleasure through calmly solving problems and keeping his wits about him as he takes care of business. When not in the office, Mr. Dell enjoys spending time with beautiful/brilliant wife and 2 rambunctious sons, traveling, skiing and eating cheeseburgers.
